Ashtanga Yoga taught in the Mysore style is suitable for absolute beginners and also those that have done yoga before but are new to Ashtanga Yoga.
Then simply choose the Mysore classes you wish to attend and let us know you are coming. 6am or 7am start in the morning classes for those new to this method.
Beginners Led Class/Course
6:30 - 7:30pm.
This 4 week Course which can also be attended casually is for those wanting to try the Ashtanga practice in a supportive and safe environment. We keep our class numbers limited to ensure personal attention with a dedicated, knowledgeable teacher. You will learn the basics of yoga breathing for the Ashtanga method, sun salutations and introductory standing poses.
This course/class is a perfect step into the Mysore style classes or as a weekly ongoing introductory class which can be attended casually. $100 unlimited attendance in any class on the timetable for 4 weeks or $25 per Wed night class.
Add as many Mysore classes to your weekly Wednesday night class as you wish for the 4 weeks of your Intro Pass.
