Option 1 Morning classes.
Beginners Welcome

Ashtanga Yoga taught in the Mysore style is suitable for absolute beginners and also those that have done yoga before but are new to Ashtanga Yoga.

All you need to do is purchase the $120 Unlimited attendance for 4 weeks Intro Pass.


Then simply choose the Mysore classes you wish to attend and let us know you are coming. 5:45am or 7am start in the morning classes for those new to this method. A minimum commitment of 2 mornings a week is required to join the morning program.

This 4 week Course is for those wanting to try the Ashtanga practice in a supportive and safe environment. We keep our class numbers limited to ensure personal attention with a dedicated, knowledgeable teacher. You will learn the basics of yoga breathing for the Ashtanga method, sun salutations and introductory standing poses.


$120 for 4 Wednesday evening classes.
