OPTION 2 Morning classes $150 unlimited pass
Ashtanga Yoga taught in the Mysore style is suitable for absolute beginners and also those that have done yoga before but are new to Ashtanga Yoga.This pass is also suitable for students already practicing Ashtanga yoga but are new to Redfern Yoga Room
All you need to do is purchase the $150 Unlimited attendance for 4 weeks Intro Pass, then simply choose the Mysore classes you wish to attend and let us know you are coming.

6am or 7am start in the morning classes for those new to this method. A minimum commitment of 2 mornings a week is required to join the morning program. You are welcome to use this pass to attend the Mon 630pm Intro class in addition to your morning classes.

If you’re just starting out, you can expect your first practice to last around 45mins and slowly increase as you learn more of the Primary Series. Email us to let us know when you would like to start.

Note: Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am or 7am start.
