Yoga for Beginners

Ashtanga Yoga taught in the Mysore style is suitable for absolute beginners and also those that have done yoga before but are new to Ashtanga Yoga.

All you need to do is purchase the $120 Unlimited attendance for 4 weeks Intro Pass, then simply choose the Mysore classes you wish to attend and let us know you are coming.

5:45am or 7am start in the morning classes for those new to this method. A minimum commitment of 2 mornings a week is required to join the morning program. 

If you’re just starting out, you can expect your first practice to last around 45mins and slowly increase as you learn more of the Primary Series. Email us to let us know when you would like to start.

Note: Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:45am or 7am start.

 Tuesday Thursday 7am only.
